Put up to 10 kg of laundry in your own bag, no sorting needed. No bag? A KLINA bag is available for 3,500 FCFA (payable in cash with a foreign phone number).

A KLINA collector comes to your door at the time you chose. Visiting with a foreign phone number? You simply pay the collector in cash at pickup.

We bring it back
Washed, dried and folded, delivered to your door on the announced date. Ironing and next-day delivery are optional.

How much does laundry cost in Dakar with KLINA?
5,480 FCFA for a 10 kg bag, washed, dried and folded, with pickup and delivery included. Ironing is 1,500 FCFA extra per bag, and next-day delivery another 1,500 FCFA. Above 10 kg, up to 2 kg more are charged 1,500 FCFA per kilo.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
Within 3 to 5 days as standard; the exact date is given when you book. With the next-day option, your laundry is back within 24 hours.
I am staying in an Airbnb. Can you pick up there?
Yes, we collect from homes and apartments across Dakar. Send us the address of your accommodation on WhatsApp. Someone needs to hand the bag to the collector.
How do I pay without Wave or Orange Money?
In cash. If your phone number is not Senegalese, you pay the collector in cash, in person, at pickup; we confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp beforehand. If your bag weighs more than 10 kg, the extra is paid in cash at delivery. With a Senegalese number, you pay by Wave or Orange Money. Bank cards are not accepted.
Do I need to download the app?
You need a free KLINA account, created in the app (iPhone or Android, with an English option). Once it is set up, you can book everything on WhatsApp.
What do you not take?
Shoes and leather goods. Bedding and towels are welcome and count towards the 10 kg.
